Membership Information: Policies and General Information
The Daniel Nestor Tennis Centre is dedicated to providing a safe and clean environment for everyone to play. We ask for the same consideration when using the facility to keep equipment, club, courts and surrounding groundsclean and safe for everyone.
All users of the Daniel Nestor Tennis Centre, under the age of twelve, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or under the direct supervision of our staff when using the club. Parents are responsible for any misuse of the facility causing damage.
Booking Policy
The Daniel Nestor Tennis Centre will be set up with on-line booking as well as by phone bookings Courts can be booked one week in advance for up to two hours at a time. Walk-ons are welcome if courts are available and as long as no other players are waiting.
Permanent Time Booking
Weekly time slots will be established for booking. These times can be purchased in blocks of time in advance. Details to come.
Membership Cards
Entry to the clubhouse and courts is only with DNTC membership cards that are given at time of membership.
Shoes and clothing requirements
Whether playing indoor or outdoor, all shoes must be tennis court approved shoes for clay and/or hard court with non-marking soles. No running shoes are allowed on any of the courts.
24-Hour cancellation
Please respect the 24-hour cancellation policy so that courts are available. Cancellation that occurs within the 24 hourperiod will be subject to the court fee. We understand that there are unforseen events such as weather or healthand these will be taken into consideration for each case.
GUESTS
Members are encouraged to bring guests into the club. Guests are limited to the number of times they can use the courts (twice per year), before becoming a member. Guest fees are good for a full day of tennis. Week long memberships for friends or family visiting are also available. Each member is given passes for two hours of court time for viistors.
Adults: $10 per day + court fee
Juniors: $5 per day (When accompanied by an adult member) + court fee
WEEK LONG MEMBERSHIPS AVAILABLE FOR OUT OF TOWN GUESTS. Please talk with staff for arrangements.

The Daniel Nestor Tennis Centre is committed to the environment and will be the ONLY recreational facility in the region to be focused on reducing waste and energy needs. We will have solar panels and water retrieval systems to be facility focused on the envionrment. Our booking system on line alleviates paper and our total operating philosophy is waste reduction.
