When you become a member of the DNTC you will receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account and make bookings online if you wish. If you are a bit of a techno-phobe, don't fear, you can still make bookings through the front desk if you'd prefer.

FAQ:

Q. It says I can only book 0 days in advance. Why can't I book?
A. You are likely not logged in. Be sure to log in by clicking login in the top right-hand corner of the screen and entering your username and password.

Q. It looks confusing. What are the optimal settings to make booking courts easy? 
A. We suggest you click on MULTIVIEW towards the top-left of the screen, and use the calendar on the left to change days.

Q. When I make a booking it shows the court fee. Why do I have to pay online?
A. You don't. In fact it is not possible to pay online. All payments are made in person when you arrive at DNTC. The amount you will pay will depend on whether the booking is prime/non-prime and what type of membership you have.

Q. How many days in advance can I book?
A. 7

Q. Can I cancel a booking online?
A. No. Once a booking is made you will need to call the front desk to cancel with at least 24 hours notice.

Q. Can junior members book online?
A. No, junior members have walk-on privileges only but can book 24 hours in advance through the front desk. 

Q. I lost my login information. What do I do?
A. Let us know and we will send you another email.
